The hotel had a beautiful garden and terrace, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The staff were so helpful, they practically read my mind. And the free WiFi? Oh, I loved being able to scroll through social media while pretending to work.

I stayed at Aya Sultanahmet for 4 days on a vacation. The hotel is in the heart of Sultanahmet, 5 mins walk to main attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The room was cleaned daily with excellent attention to detail. The check-in process was quick and the room was excellent with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great panoramic sea view. Highly recommended.

Some grumpy staff: While most of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, there were a few who seemed to have forgotten the importance of a smile. But hey, every team has its off days!

The hotel's location was fantastic, with many famous tourist spots within easy walking distance. Additionally, the staff, particularly Ahmed, were very friendly and provided excellent service during our stay.

The room was quite small, with limited space and a cramped layout. The leaving policy, which required us to wait outside while the staff checked our room, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I stayed at Aya Sultanahmet Hotel for transit during my travel and found it to be conveniently located near the nearest airport, which was only 30 km away. This was a great advantage for me as I didn't have to spend much time or effort in commuting to catch my next flight.

While my stay at Aya Sultanahmet Hotel was overall satisfactory, I did encounter a minor issue with the lack of toothpaste and basic amenities provided. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the other positive aspects of the hotel, such as its convenient location.
